This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Bopx Labs ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the Bopx mobile application (the "App"). • Local Cache: Temporary files to improve App performance, which are stored locally and can be cleared at any time through the App settings.

If you choose to contact us for customer support, feedback, or inquiries, we may receive the following information that you voluntarily provide:

• Device information (if voluntarily provided to assist with troubleshooting)

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and implementing appropriate safeguards (e.g., device passcode, biometric authentication) to protect your content.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court order, subpoena, or law enforcement request)
• Protection of Rights: To protect and defend our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of our users or others

We do not share your media content with any third parties under any circumstances unless explicitly initiated by you (e.g., exporting to your device's native Photos app or Files app).

Since all media content and App data are stored locally on your device, you have complete control over data retention. You may delete content or App data at any time through the App's settings or by uninstalling the App.

Any voluntary contact information you provide (e.g., support emails) will be retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and will be securely deleted once the matter is resolved, unless retention is required by law.

The App may allow interaction with third-party services that are not owned or controlled by Bopx Labs, including:

• Your device's native Photos app (for importing/exporting media)
• Your device's Files app (for exporting media)
• Device security features (Face ID/Touch ID, passcode)

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services before using them.

The App does not contain third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools of any kind.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

You have complete control over your data and privacy when using the App:

• You may enable/disable the optional App lock at any time
• You may delete any content or App data at any time
• You may uninstall the App to remove all App-related data from your device
• You may refuse to provide voluntary contact information for support purposes
